Greenland is an island located in Northern North America. Neighboring countries include Iceland on the south eastern part of Greenland, to the west of Greenland is northern Canada. Greenland lies between the Artic ocean and the north Atlantic ocean.

The country is 2,166, 086 sq km large, ice covers 1,755,637 sq km of this total area. Greenland is 26.8% the size of the US total area.

The terrain is mostly made up of mountainous regions, ice capped covers and a rocky coast line.

  1. I never knew that over half the country is covered in ice. I guess it makes sense based on how far north it is, but I just never made the connection since it's called Greenland! I like your background by the way, it's perfect for your country!
